Trash Trends emerged victorious at the highly competitive Hult Prize finale held at People’s Campus on February 23rd. The event highlighted innovative business ideas from students eager to make a real-world impact.

The competition drew 93 attendees, and began with opening remarks from Ayusha Adhikari, highlighting the Hult Prize’s mission to cultivate future leaders. Garima Shrestha, National Community Leader of Hult Prize Nepal, added a global perspective to the event. A panel of judges, including Deependra Joshi, Santosh Tulachan, and Dr. Pushpa Maharjan, evaluated the student pitches.

Following an inaugural lamp-lighting by Campus Chief Manoj Kunwar and an energetic dance performance, seven teams presented their business ideas. “Trash Trend” emerged as the winner, with “Intutions” and “Roadside Bites” securing the first and second runner-up positions, respectively.

Campus Director Bikash Timsina expressed gratitude to all participants, judges, sponsors, and organizers. The event concluded with a networking lunch, fostering connections among attendees.
